Tribute to German Architectural Master Ludwig Mies van der Rohe

The design draws inspiration from the Farnsworth House, the modernist masterpiece by the renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Situated along the Fox River, this iconic residence is celebrated for its minimalist geometric form, transparent steel-and-glass structure, and its meticulous attention to spatial detail. Its design philosophies — “less is more” and the notion of “flowing space” — resonate perfectly with Goldreif’s pursuit of simplicity and spatial fluidity.

We have infused this architectural philosophy into the exhibition hall design, approaching the project as an architectural creation rather than a conventional interior design exercise. Within the space, an independent structural framework was introduced to endow the hall with a distinct architectural identity while fostering openness and inclusivity. This framework functions both as a practical system and an expressive form, creating a profound dialogue between structure, materials, light, and product display.

In the realization of the exhibition space, great attention is paid to detail processing, especially in hardware, stainless steel, and other construction processes, reflecting Goldreif 's ultimate pursuit of quality and craftsmanship with delicate and precise techniques. These subtle details are not only functional but also an important part of the overall design language, showcasing the professionalism and high-end image of the Goldreif brand.

Blurring the boundaries between the exhibition hall and life scenes

"Blurring the boundaries between the exhibition hall and life scenes" is the core concept. We hope that the exhibition hall is no longer just a product display space but a scene-based space where people can truly feel the atmosphere of life. Through delicate space narration, visitors can not only feel the beauty and function of cabinet products but also experience the touch and temperature of real life.
